FileTrek Announces Michael Murphy Board Appointment

Los Angeles, CA, April 19, 2012 — FileTrek, the first combined file sharing and tracking solution provider, announced today the appointment of Michael Murphy as a new member to its Board of Directors. Murphy is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 30 years of technology management and sales experience.

Michael (Mike) Murphy served as Chief Executive Officer of InQuira, Inc. from 2001 until Oracle acquired the company in September 2011. Mike led the company in delivering a comprehensive knowledge management solution that provided multi-channel customer support across industries. Customers included industry leaders like Apple, Intuit, Hartford, eBay and Bank of America.

Prior to InQuira Inc., he served as Senior VP at Cambridge Technology Partners where he managed its Western Region and later, he oversaw its sales, marketing, alliances and partner programs. Prior to his tenure at Cambridge Technology Partners, he spent 13 years with Hewlett Packard. Mr. Murphy holds a B.A. in Management from Loyola Marymount University.
